I was a participant in an Indiana University study. Part of the study included several weeks of exercise at Bloomington Fitness Club. After the study, I was so happy with the results that I decided I needed to incorporate a few days of exercise a week to help get myself in better shape.
I am happy to say during this last year I have been focused on a more healthy lifestyle. I am a 62 year old female and because of extra weight and decreased stamina, I knew I needed to change. Bloomington Fitness Club has helped me obtain a more mindful approach to living. The rewards of joining Bloomington Fitness have been significant.
Currently, I am trying to focus on improving my balance and core strength.
My favorite memory at Bloomington Fitness Club is realizing how far I have come. When I compare my first week of exercise to now, it makes me so glad I decided to stay the course. There is a definite change and improvement in my body, mind and spirit.
I have a lot more confidence in my ability to attend the classes and complete the workouts. The coaches have worked with me and have truly met me at my level of performance. Modifications to the exercises are not a problem. Joining Bloomington Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made for my overall health and wellbeing. Bloomington Fitness is a warm and welcoming community of people trying to be the best they can be. The coaches are so wonderful! I look forward to each class and working alongside of friends.
