Athletic Development is an ideal alternative to personal training. It is a great way to work with a coach to create a plan to meet individual goals. Members will meet with a coach to identify specific goals, create a plan to meet said goals and then be allotted gym time to work on the plan. The athlete will check in with the coach monthly to confirm progress and make any changes needed to the plan.


This is great for anyone who has specific goals that need to be addressed outside of the regular CrossFit classes. There are several different types of goals such as getting a strict pull up, running a 5k-marathon, increasing a back squat, mastering a muscle up, fixing an overhead squat, etc. Although all of these movements (not the marathon) are addressed in our regular CrossFit classes, we understand that some people are very excited about reaching certain goals and we want to help them speed up that process.
