Here are the guidelines for a hold:
- It must be at least 4 weeks in length.
- We need an email with an exact start and stop date sent to .
- The email must be sent at least 10 days prior to the charge for your next month’s membership.
- There is a $20 fee each time a hold is processed.
- Your account will freeze and you will not lose any membership that you paid for and your rates will remain the same when your membership restarts.
