Here are the guidelines for a hold:

  1. It must be at least 4 weeks in length.
  2. We need an email with an exact start and stop date sent to info@crossfitbloomington.
  3. The email must be sent at least 10 days prior to the charge for your next month’s membership.
  4. There is a $20 fee each time a hold is processed.
  5. Your account will freeze and you will not lose any membership that you paid for and your rates will remain the same when your membership restarts.

Here are the guidelines for a drop:

  1. We need an email with an exact stop date sent to info@crossfitbloomington.
  2. The email must be sent at least 10 days prior to the charge for your next month’s membership.
  3. Your account will be dropped and you will not retain your current rates upon returning.

COVID Policy

  • If you or someone in your home is sick (even if you think it is allergies or a cold, etc.) please stay home from the gym. Do not return until your symptoms have been gone for 24-48 hours. We encourage you to get a COVID test if you can.
  • If you or someone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID, we ask that you quarantine away from the gym for two full weeks with or without a vaccination. You will receive a complimentary membership hold for those two weeks. If you were diagnosed with covid and do not wish to quarantine for two weeks you may return after providing proof of a negative covid test. If someone in your house was diagnosed we ask that you remain quarantined for the entire two weeks.
  • If you were at the gym within 48 hours of the onset of your symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible at so we can alert the members from your class time as well as any close contacts.
  • If you have been identified as a close contact by a non household member, we ask that you take a COVID test before returning to the gym.
