5:00 am, 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm (no 7:30 PM on Friday)

Tue, Thu:
5:00 am, 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am, Noon, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm

Sat:
TEAM WORKOUT – 9:00 am
REGULAR WOD – 10:00 am
OPEN GYM FOR MEMBERS – 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
