Our Weightlifting program is a great way to increase skill and strength in the Olympic lifts: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The program is designed to peak and taper according to the USA Weightlifting Competition Schedule. Expect to focus on building strength through the Olympic lifts, squatting, pressing and pulling movements.


This program is for novice weightlifters wanting to grow within the sport of weightlifting, build solid technique and a basis of strength or intermediate- advanced weightlifters looking to build on existing strength and technical application and to grow to their fullest potential in the sport.
