This program is geared towards developing athletes’ skills needed to compete in CrossFit competitions. The competitors in this group participate in the regular CrossFit programming but also have an individualized plan to strengthen any weaknesses. This program has a nutritional component, recovery monitoring, and meets as a team early Saturday mornings.


Members of any age seeking to compete in local or regional competitions are ideal for this programming. It demands hard work that is often completed outside of the regular class time. Commitment and focus, inside and outside of CFB, is vital for this program.
