Bloomington fitness - Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple and affordable at CrossFit Bloomington!

Here’s how to start:
  1. Call, email, text or stop in to sign up for a FREE introductory class.
  2. Try the class!
  3. Sign up for Couch to CrossFit or our small group Foundations Classes.
  4. Work with a coach during the Couch or Foundations Classes to prepare you for the regular classes.
  5. Finish the Foundations or Couch to CrossFit classes and enjoy unlimited regular classes with other CrossFit members!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CFB is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our Foundations Course.

By offering one-on-one training during Foundations, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to the individual needs of each trainee. In the Foundations Course, students learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts, after completing their Foundations Course.

We welcome you to make an appointment with our personal trainers (Autymn Stafford, Andy Weddle and Quentin Speight), so that you may come in and see firsthand who we are, and what we do!
